Different starting gear.

This mostly applies to new players but when I started playing I was fed up of being stuck in a infantry role when I wanted to roll archer. It was annoying grinding and leeching just so I could finally play the way I wanted to. So I suggest that when you create a new character you can have a choice between 3 preset starting gear. Maybe something like

Recruit Infantry:
Short Sword
Heater Shield
Darts

Recruit Archer:
Training bow
Wooden arrows
Short Sword

Recruit Calvary:
Pony
Bamboo spear
Short Sword
