Perhaps I didn't make my point clearly. What I was trying to say is that most of the tiers are useless. As in nobody will ever use them. There's really only 5 tiers that anyone will use. What I'm saying is to make more of the tiers useful.

The most common crafting materials. Something they could do is make players run the game; have it so they make the gear themselves, and raise the regular market prices. That way people who make the items can give the other players a better deal, making it more likely for them to earn back the cash they spent.
