Should get his stuff back 
he didn't technically do anything that gave him a advantage and he was banned for a bit and suffered a while with nothing so i think it would be fair to give him his level and Stuff back.
All he did was make a server that had hard mode on accident i understand he shouldn't of but i think a temp ban would have been punished enough. So id like to petition for him everyone post a responce please on your oppinion.
