You need to create a banner using a graphic program. If you don't have one, I'd recommend using GIMP or Inkscape as they are free (or something similar).
You can use the template from the old house banner thread, or the SVG template in my thread. Or you can find LOTS of tutorials on the web about making Warband banners.
