You received an official warning after being kicked from a server 8 times in one week. Now you're at 12 kicks so obviously the warning didn't really sink in. You can take some time off of NI on your own time, instead of going afk on servers and wasting everyone's time.
Give a man a fish, and you have fed him for a day. Teach him how to fish, and he will continue fishing even if you give him a fish.
