It's a decent offer if the seller is looking for a cade and some gold, but not to break your heart but SHC and heavy cade has the same crafting recipe, so SHC isn't worth 200k more 
And if you dont want to bump up this post for 2 weeks i suggest you raise the offer bit for bit, like adding 50k every day or something like that, good luck getting one though
