In opposite to other weapon types, crossbows' damage doesn't scale with the user's weapon professioncy or power strike/draw. With Twigs for example you reach that damage aswell when you hit a champion huscarl in the head.
I suggest to put the bolt tosser's price down to the twigs' one.
I've got no problem with the Penetrator though.

Fair enough argument, put it down abit. But i know that none of the owners will sell it for 15m as when i was trying to buy one the reply was i wont sell it for anything and i offered 20m for all of them.
