Okay so how about a mindless killing spree for casuals, and a death gripping fighting the nord troop tree hard server

I agree on this one, but the easy mode has to give only small amounts of exp for the player while the hard mode is more rewarding in a sense. That way, people will feel more inclined to play the hard mode and use teamwork or tactics to survive.
