Here are also a good piece of advice if you want to play good with your team in hardmode. 8)

Spoiler1- Come into the server with at least 2 legendaries. It's not a game for newbies.
2- Observe current players' rubbish weapons and say something like "omg ! but you are all noobs !".
3- Criticize the way cades have been set up, pretending a talented engineer (you) could have done much better.
4- If you start the game with the rest of the team, order them to camp in another place than the one they were going into. If someone contradicts you, speak louder. You have to impose and they must know who the boss is. Hah !
5- Always slash. Remember that the aim of the game is to make more kills than your team members.
6- If you are an archer, then try to steal a royal shield from a shielder as soon as you can. It looks good on your back while you are shooting.
7- Also try to kill last 2-3 bots before others, letting them save the last. This often makes the difference when you want to be first in the team.
As soon as you see a few bots near a barrel, shoot at it. No way are you letting someone else killing a handful of Nords instead of you. Same for resurrection tomes : use it as soon as you can, so that the team considers you a hero. You can also grab a tome with subtly at the beginning of the game, change weapon, and take it out again when you are the only one left alive.
8- Try to make the team save various bots. It's much more funny to watch someone saving a Valkyrie than a nord ranger. For that you must act quickly (->previous rule)
9- Regularly order the teammates to give their Dreaded War Pick to someone else, to shoot instead of slashing, to stand somewhere else, etc. Remember rule #4.
10- If you die, then it's your team-mates' fault : they should have protected you. Leave the server, moments after you have called them stupid and useless noobs. (this is linked to rule #1 : have come full circle
