Announcing Change to the Ranger Hero Class

Ranger Hero Class has been changed around a bit. Combined with their armour, this class will function essentially as sniper with Sergeant's armour and Commando's shield skill. Making this class able to take punishment which would kill Wardens and hold the line in an emergency by picking up a Commando's shield.
