For the handle you have chosen the width is a bit thin, if you were to replace the texture from that leather look to the black metal you already have, it would look more natural. Also i would perhaps loose some of the blade nearer the handle, as a throwing knife, that long blade would throw the balance off. Well either that or extend the grip more.
