You have to upgrade your support class in order to get better equipement. For instance, you have to be level 7 and need 3000 assist XP to be Tinkerer. Then you have to be level 20 and need 15000 assist XP to get this upgrade.

Tinkerer, Level 7 3000 assist XP => Small Ammo Crate
Apprentice, Level 20 15000 assist XP => Barricade
Engineer, Level 39 50000 assist XP => Heavy Barricade
Siege Engineer, Level 50 150000 assist XP => Explosive Barrel

Moreover if you want to craft a barricade, you have to collect enough mats (50x Wood, 20x Metal and 10x Mixed glue). Once done, you can ask one of your clanmate to craft it for you. Or you can buy it for 20-30k at the AH.

But everyone telled me that if i get apprentice, i only have small ammo box, and that i won't get barricade
