Some are from open-source databases, other textures that need less detail (e.g. the brushed metal parts) are self-made, using gimp.
Just search for tutorials if you are not sure how to make them.  Wink

The horns aren't really realistic for a crossbow. This part was meant to help the crossbowman to get the string easier to the nut. Indeed, he puts his foot in the stirrup which can take any form (rectangular, round...) in order to pull the string to him and slide it behind the nut.
Otherwise, the crossbow looks good. Big Grin
