NI Pink Slips

I have been looking around the forums and so far I haven't come across anything similar to this (link me if there is already one) but what of there were fights on the duel servers over items "pink slips" if you will.

here is how i think it would have to work:

1) Player 1 and Player 2 both agree upon items they wish to fight upon
2) these items are then entrusted to middleman who works free or is paid by the two duellists.
3) The two players battle it out over the course of 1 battle or a 3 round match
4) the middleman awards the winner of the duel the items which he has kept and the loser gets nothing

Post your thoughts down below and/or improvements on this system. i would also like to know where this would be advertised e.g. trading section, events section etc etc.

if this gets enough popularity then i will start a page for this including a trusted middleman's page where duellists can find someone to hold both items without running away with them :p

every class has their strengths and weaknesses problems occur when people do not adapt to this. as for reporting i don't see the problem. false accusations are exactly that FALSE and people should have nothing to fear because im not proposing people are forced into this. but rather something both parties agree upon. i have seen countless games introduce this idea to great effect. so rather than avoiding false accusers perhaps we should stop accommodating them?

but i don't know that's just my slice of pie
