I joined a eu server around 4:30 and saw a player glitching and made his way upto troopers

Yeah i can confirm i saw him glitching on troopers with another person

Around 4:30 means nothing, not everyone lives in the same time zone.

Also there is no name in the screenshots to verify it was actually this player.

Please post as to how long ago it was (close to exact if possible) next time and get a picture of them with their names.

A timezone would help and do you know what server it was you were on? This will help me to check the logs.
