It may be time to use Faction points or King's favor for this, or enable it as a House quest reward.

Why did I say that ? I thought I was mentioning the hero class respec, not the support class one  ???

Please think about this request concurrently with this one - Any chance of changing Hero class?, I think it's more important, most players chose their hero class according to the stats and items that were available before, but this has changed and some players would like to change. With house quest rewards for example, players could (rarely) be able to respec hero class for only 100kish, and at the same time change their support class. No need to be able to respec the support class only imo.

Could make it donator only once a month like the normal respec, would save people from abusing it and just respeccing just to suit events

Ehh....  I don't see the point of "donators only". If I respec my character, as a donator, it already resets support class, so then you just re-pick the classes and then you only need new xp for the other support class

and you lose your hero class, if you have one
