This isn't possible yet. The only way this could be done is if you have both character in a ''House'' and use the Trading function I believe.

You could put up an item for the amount you want to move on the auction house. Have the character with the money buy it. Now the other one has the gold.

It'll be a bit expensive with the auction house cut, but it's a way (as long as both characters can access the auction house- I don't have multiple characters, I don't know).
