Yea, I can confirm that. They spawn in or behind boats and usually it's really hard to kill them or even impossible.

In the last events (example uk) happened this also. Hard to kill if it's last. You need to kill with a ranger that need to stand in the enermy spawn

New bug in Coastal Raid is that sometimes you spawn in a house, where you can't  move out and need to go spec to fix it.
