Welp, I don't know if you are serious or not, but:

The term "Skirmishers" is basically used to describe the whole general troop tree. Sometimes also called "Pikemen". At tier 4 and up, you will notice how overpowered "skirmishers" are. As shown in the video, you came in with very crappy gear, and probably a horrible character.

I'm guessing you're still at tier2? Don't expect too much from that, just play with other players and do your best and wait till tier3, it gets better later trust me . Once you're tier4 you'll notice the big difference.
