Looking for oil

Spent a small fortune gathering materials for crafting war arrows, all I need is two oils but I cant find them anywhere, its not in crafting or drops for me, would someone be willing to point me in the right direction or sell me a few oils ? Been waiting weeks to craft these, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ingredients 2 Hardened Metal 1 Sturdy Wood 5 Spurn Berry Product 1 x Oil Doesn't matter if you don't have the level, you can get someone in the alchemist section to craft them for you.

you still need the 2 oils?
if yes I can craft you 2 of them and sell it to you or maybe you got the matsand then for free
