A Auction house per house that only house members can see, house owners can set selling fees and fund the house through theese fees.

I think a message board will be easier to have and private trading between members is good enough. Perhaps a log for the leader for trades? Although that will be annoying for some.

A house market could be really cool. I could set upyou markets. Ypu would have to auction house for all of the commoners and a seperate market available to houses. The commoner auction hall would act as it does now with just random posts of products.

With the house market you could better set up trade guilds. You could also set up economic alliances with trade deals between houses which allow houses to set deals and become economically prosperous. House markets would also allow rival houses to enter into a trade war with eachother. That could add some really interesting aspects to the mod
