Pikeman armor : " Eastern Heavy Armour "

Basically the title says it all, I'm a tier 4 Pikeman and this armor looks sweet, but the fact of the matter is that I'm not an armor smith * nor do I even have the high enough level to craft it * makes me have to refer to the fellow people of N.I., So if anyone is high enough level to craft comment below and I'll buy all necessary items used in crafting to make this piece.
