Hi, after I be connected, the game did not recognize my account and asked me to create a new one.
I can no longer enter my characters ...!
I need help !!!

Sounds like the issues are not over yet.  Those are things that have been reported by people unable to join servers because of the Free Weekend for warband.

Make sure your account name on the website and ingame are the exact same. Caps too.

The free to play weekend has made the auth servers crash due to the major influx of newer players. Could be that.

If you can access your characters on the website, then your characters are ready, just the name ingame must be wrong.
