Cant login

Okay, I cant login and ive done everything i could think of, I even tried to see if i forgot to activate me account and it said that the account was already activated so please...help

I have the same problem few months ago try login without using other characer/nick for example you have 2 charcters Xx and Aa,you cant login on Xx so try Aa
