ok so i was nurse today before i respecced and now when i respecced i suddenly lost it, and btw pls make it male/female =nurse/doctor

respec loses your support class and that's a little sexist. You can get male nurses, they are quite different from doctors (which can also be male and female).

A nurse can be both male and female, and so can doctors. There is no reason to change this.
