Well I would pay 25k-30 k if someone would sell this final one (so no mats and stuff) .

I could do it but for a bit more than you're offering. Price of metal is really high at the moment and this requires quite a lot of it -

1 x Black Steel
4 x Woven Steel
5 x Steel
8 x Metal

All these things require metal to make them. I can do the math for you if you want. But if 30k is you're max then I'm afraid  I can't help.
