Why is there not a higher tier of polehammer style weapons?

out of curiosity as someone who liked using it as a t3 pike i am wondering why there are so many legendary pikes and spears and whatnot but not one blunt weapon (as far as im aware there is one im not sure what it is) is it a balance issue or is it just not enough intrest in such a weapon? im just curious
