Since its possible to place barricades and shields on a object (good for lake town) it is now also possible to make a tower out of barricades and deployable shields(for making a ladder)

That's a pretty ridiculous thing to do anyway. The guy who would tower himself would be too exposed to ranged and throwing weapons, and would probably die faster than a red-shirt running at a Zweihander.
