How does one make the clickable '+' sign to open a picture etc, and how does one place a picture or text in one of those  :-\ :-\ :-\

You need to use [spoizer]Your Text Here[/spoizer]
Instead ''spoizer'' use spoiler.

If you want add picture to your spoiler you need to have URL of this picture,then put it in IMG code.

and if you want to use name your spoiler use [spiler="text"]blah blah[/spoiler] so it will look like
