This quest is repeatable every 7 Days

Besides the fact that now it is a very expensive task for little XP, with the given cost of shrines.

Would make sense to give it a bigger reward considering the whole shrine cost. Especially since it takes 5 days.

I ment the Mounted XP to start whit., but yeah., maybe some more XP og FP

I used to remember to use the shrine at least once a day, even on normal mode. But seeing as how Faction Points still don't seem to have any purpose, the reward being very small as well as outdated, and shrines just being too expensive at my level, there's no reason to do the quest, never mind even using the shrine.
