He did intentional harassment to me who did not answer a question.
He continued standing in the front of me intentionally and disturbed the shooting and disturbed the supply on purpose.

If you had used irc to report the matter perhaps an Admin would have attended and dealt with the matter.

However if it ever happens again please do report it.
