Greetings fellow Swadians, what i am about to say may get me ostracized from the community, but so be it.
Earlier today I had the pleasure of going into a Ragnorak run. As soon as i joined i could tell it was going to fail. About half of the players 8 Were the only ones bringing in support items.
Realistically speaking, if you are t4 you should be bringing in a support item, even a general barricade is useful.
What are your thoughts on people not bringing in support items? let me know here

I don't get why you wouldn't:
You get a support items and bring it in -> Your runs come further -> You gain more XP/Money

Neither do I, but why is only Half of the server population bringing in support items? Obviously people don't feel the same on this issue. Just looking for someone to give me a reason to not bring in support items.

Only reason I can think of is being crossbowman and having a good crossbow or shield that might benefit the team more than the support item you have.
(for example a Big Shot or Tower shield instead of SHC)

I main pavise and my current loadout is Tower, X-Bow, Bolts, and Tome. Sword is not really necessary at all in a Pavise loadout.
Just my two cents regarding that issue.

As soon as you can afford a support item generally you should bring one in, otherwise your not really helping your team. A medic box or the lowbie barricade are both 30k or about there. No support = no run.
On another topic SHC at lvl 50 is generally ridiculous since hard starts at lvl 32 and that's the level at where they're needed. *edit* Clearly as a new person 350k-400k for an SHC is a lot, but if your a person who already has one playing on a 2nd char or just they're new alt, bringing in an SHC would be quite useful.

i gave away a barricade to a mate who was pretty new to the game. people got mad at him when he dropped it, they got mad at him when he placed it, and they got mad at him when he kept it.
