Rename gone bad

Hi!

I have jsut recently (15 minutes ago) renamed my character Valjhun (lvl 16 longbowmen, plenty of gold and items) to Elite_Jaime_Lannister, but it has gone bad. I can not acces my old account at all (Valjhun) and the nickname I've changed to is a lvl 1 character. A little help please
