traiding menue and auction hall not available

Hi everybody, my friend _P_ got the problem that hes not able to trade with me or put something in the auction hall.
Can anyone help me with this?
He cant use these options since he started playing Nordinvasion.
Is there something wrong with his whole character?
Because he had to be set into our house (THE_DARK_EMPIRE) by an admin, so this could be a part of a big system error ???.

Could be that he is using Internet Explorer and doesn't get the drop-down menus, in which case he would need to enter the url instead (www.nordinvasion.com/auction_hall.php; www.nordinvasion.com/trading.php).

thank you, auction hall might work now (he hasnt tested it yet), but trading could be a bigger problem, because if i invite him for trading the message "That player is not in the same house as you." appears.
i think solving this heavy problem could take more time than we thought.
