Probably, yet now most websites have social media "like" buttons which allow you to express your opinions in one click. Considering sites like Facebook have millions(billions?) Of users, I'd say I know which method is more common and liked.

How about they add a poll selection that can allow users to agree or disagree with the click of 1button while displaying the results to everyone.

Because using said feature is very roundabout and has to be set up after the initial post. A built in system would be far more useful and efficient instead of the current poster-implemented one

Actually, I think it's good we are not allowed to just support / agree by +1 or 1 click. We must explain what we think on the subject (even in short) and that makes discussion going. I wouldn't like to see threads with 15 post of which 14 would be +1...
