From what I value things, Legacy is 15-20mill, fearsome 10-15mill, sounds about 25-35mill deal, depends how much someone values what. So middle ground of that would be 30mill, exactly what I'd say valsgarde is atm knowing how many people are trying to sell it right now and how many dropped recently. However if I was selling mine I wouldn't drop it under 40mill still . But probably as I paid as much for it. Tho by todays prices of things I paid for one might also hit 50mill now.

i don't think valsgarde shouldn't be worth 40m at all, and fearsome is 12m, while legacy is 20-25
