Well, there's 2 ways: You either loot one of the legendary ones (Fiendish Bow, Hurricane, Ullr's Bane, Stag Bow or Tempest), or You try gathering up enough stuff to afford an Ebony/Elmwood Bow (Hero locked) or King's Will, which are about 4-5 Mio(?) - There is no cheaper alternative inbetween ssbow and Ebony/Elmwood Bow/King's Will

Ah, forgot the Huntress; Besides that, the Yew Longbow might be 350k-450k, but afaik it is worse than the ssbow in every single stat or at least the same as good. It seems to be overpriced to me, since it's a difference of 20 HM between them only, you could get that in a few Hard runs
