Craftable Lances

Hello

in old NI there were craftable lances, in the item kinds there are still red striped lances aswell as other variations.

make them usable by t3 aswell strongers for t4/t5

a good way to lessen the inflation by using glasir and oil of velentr (water) in the recipe

when cav is done, then maybe

Craftable lances, maybe like 2 would make sense just to have them as a possibility to get tho I really doubt that this would have any significant influence on material prices, as I don't think that many people would craft them. Most people aren't even using lances as you can do the main work on cav without lances.

what i have to add maybe also add shields for cav t3 or t4 to enable archers to use shields in cav aswell (when using a lance)
