i believe rules state that once the tome is in the server it is public ownership?
I remember me (and others ) getting a hard time for using up own tome before leaving .
The rules apply to all .

I beleve that wasting own tome at map start is not such crime. This is not a wasting at mid or late game.

The rule is pretty simpel: Do not blatantly waste your own support items. There is leniency if you are actually trying to help the team but there is no excuse for intentionally hindering it.
It really dosent matter if it is in the middle of a run or in the start of a new map otherwise the rule had to more specific.
So i would advice you to stop doing childish things as waste your own tomes and then just leave, even so if it is on a new map.

I would say that this is disruptive play. I would be rather unhappy if I had been on the serever.
Also Akcyn go read the forum rules.
