IE11? That even exists? And more shockingly, people even use it???

It goes in windows package as preset program, and used in many system applications. Some MMO games using it aswell(in game clients), but probably newer version.
Why not use it, when you need to check is your main browser is broken, or it's the site.

And, actually, it's preety well optimized for NI website interface. Buttons are clicking much smoother, pages refreshing quicker, and it takes like 10 times less space in RAM than firefox.
