I found out how to (mostly) fix nighttime! In-game you go to, OPTIONS, Video Options, then put Monitor Gamma all the way to 2.5. Problem is then pretty much fixed.
Start the game already!

yes,it was a local issue.So,there's no way to have always ( or more often) day?

I'm getting that problem too, after starting an archer. Think i'll just light a bonfire behind my moniter, should fix
