Completable Beginner Quests

After lvl 27 beginner quests are no longer completable and just stay in the list forever.
My idea would be, instead of getting XP on Beginner servers, to just make the kills count
to quests. This would bring more experienced players to beginner servers sometimes and
help the newbies which is imo sth positive. For high level players the rewards for those
quests are peanuts, so it doesn't seem to be OP to let them complete it.
If that's not wanted, it would at least be nice to be able to skip the quests entirely, as to
not have them spam the list any longer.
