Quest tracker doesn't work for me. Any possibility that I turned it off by mistake?

Nothing is shown, left side of page (where quests were before) is empty.

the quest part of the script does not work unless you have it bigger than half of a 16:9 aspect ratio for me.

could be that?

Yeah could be, are you running a resolution lower then 1400 pixels?
