Good evening,
it looks like that these custom player shields are invisible as long they are on the ground.
If a player pick it up, then it get fixed. He drops the shield and we return to the problem.

1. Shield on the ground

I accidentally added a validity check in this script. This should be fixed in the next patch. Thanks for the report
