While I was afg my house bankrupted because I hadn't paid my taxes. I also left the house with panic. Could you please restore my house and its leader?

Is an empty house with no members, description, or motd?

Yes it should be empty, I had no other members. The leader's name was DB_Yakut when I left, now it is Dingaling. There was no motd but I think the description was "Armoursmith" or "Armorsmith"(sry I hate those words with French origins).
