Antoher Drop Bug

i saw in the chat that i found (DROP)  1 Hardened Metal
i am sure in 100%
and i enter to my crafting
and there is no Hardened Metal,
you can please fix it?

There have been several posts about this bug, the developers do know about it. Unfortionatly it is a very subtle bug that is very hard to find, it will be found eventually it just takes time.

It sounds like you are describing the drop bug where it says it many many times in game. This is not you receiving the cloth, this is a bug that manages to elude us... You have not "lost" any cloth, rather never received it in the first place.

Think of it like a lucky draw you could find the item and successfully take it back to the store room, or you could loose it on the long trek back from killing Nords.

The only other way to not receive any drops is to have made an error in the name of one of your characters. The easy way to spot this is that you will also not receive any gold or xp. If this is the case, it is easy to fix.
