sounds like crazy bug, just kill something in game, it should level you correctly

Happens when you spend assist exp enough to get 2 or more levels. Just get a tick of exp ingame as Jez said and it will level you.

Happened to me several times. I like to hoard my assist exp  :

Lol, Thanks i tried playing on and it didn't work, but now while i was shooting nord captains (boast boast) it's fixed. thx for replies all!
