Usable by Everyone

I cant see it on AH on My Archer Charecter., current build 2/0/0/2., but I can on my Main char, current build 0/2/1/1..., but can my Archer still use it ? As I have understod it, u cant use items u cant see on AH., right or wrong in this case ? Smile
