I bought a fiendish bow from him when I was in his clan, he sold it to me for gold, and when I wanted to leave his clan, he asked for my bow and axe, and even threatened me.

I was also in his clan at the time. He was taking my close friend's items, materials and gold and he said he would give him a set in return, but he didn't. He was already banned from every mode. He was banned from TG Arena, Warlords, PK and many other modes, and the reasons were bug abuse money glich (Warlords). It's very strange and inhumane to have such greed for money.

My friend saw this forum of reapsot and asked me for help. Since he doesn't have a forum account, my friend zitrone told me the following and threatened me. He called my phone number every second and asked for my items and threatened me. Finally, he reached out to my family and lied to my family. Finally, I couldn't stand it and said that I gave them to him. When he saw that such a topic was opened, he wanted to add his own evidence.

I've been getting a decent amount of messages in regards to this issue considering I am seen in one of the screenshots selling items. The full story on my end is that I was selling my items as I do not play anymore. I was contacted by EternalBlade with interest in regards to my repeater set. I sold it to EternalBlade with the intention of the set going to him, however turkish to usd transfer is always complicated due to certain services being restricted. There was a confusion in the payment (Which I will not go into further to protect details) However all the money went to the correct spots and all the items went to the correct spot. I believed that was the end of it until this issue was brought to light the other day and I got contacted by both eternalblade, looking for help getting items back (essentially a written statement from me that I sold the items to eternalblade and not reapsot). And Reapsot contacted me to clear his name. A couple of things to note:
- I am happy to help if there is some scam/issue going on with items that originated from myself. I was in no way a part of the transaction that is an alleged scam.
-Eternal and Reapsot both provided me evidence "proving" their respective sides of their stories.
-I have already contacted the devs with my findings and what I believe to be the true thing that happened based of the evidence I was able to piece together.

I would like to recommend to allow the devs to take care of the issue, regardless of how we may feel or rumors we have heard in terms of "LR Tax" etc (trust me I have heard them as well). Screenshots that Eternal has already provided in his initial report as well as certain ones I have in my possession I have shared with the devs and as I said before, if the devs have questions for me in any way they can feel free to reach out to my discord or steam.

Based off of internal investigation and discovered information, the player mentioned in the report will currently not be punished, as we have concluded there was not sufficient evidence for the two sets in question.

I want to make something clear. In the 'Trading' section of the rules, these clauses are mentioned:

"Lending items is at your own risk. It is your job to document your loans. With proper evidence, thieves will be punished but we cannot guarantee you will get all your items back. Make sure you trust the person before you lend anything. "

"When accepting a gift, it is recommended that the person receiving the items keep some proof that the items were a gift and not a loan. This could save a lot of trouble later."

No matter which side of a trade you are on, even if you think you can trust a person, keep screenshots of not only the trade itself but the motivation behind the trade in writing. When real-money trading is involved, it is very difficult for us to credibly ascertain what someone's goal was through trade logs alone. If something similar happens to you, and you don't have sufficient evidence proving the items are genuinely yours, you are free to report it, but it is unlikely you will get your items returned.

All we can suggest is to either never do real-money trading, or to keep evidence of every trade that is noteworthy and make doubly sure you captured the other party's stated intent behind the trade (purchased with outside currency, gifted, loaned, etc).

Only loan or lend items to people you genuinely trust. Report closed unless further evidence changes something.
