Event Roster

Due to the huge amount of sign-ups we are splitting the event in two 1½-hour sessions. If we hit more people in the future we could think about a 2nd event.
--> You are allowed to switch with another person from your own house, but you are not allowed to switch between different houses.
The goal is not to create a house-based event but to foster a community event where people from different houses play together.

After the first round, players with the same number replace each other.

About the remaining "free" event spots:
If you sign up here in the thread before the event takes place, you will get a free spot.
If there are still free spots available after the first round, those spots can be taken by players from the first round who have the same number as the free spot.
If the player does not take it, the remaining non-DB players who would like to continue will be selected by lottery. If there are no non-DB members left, the open spots will be assigned by lottery to DB members.

After all i think this is the fairest solution. Otherwise people, especially from DB, couldn't take part in the event. This way everyone can play and non-DB houses have a higher chance to continue the event.
